In our Merrillville store we are quilting for the troops on the last Thursday of the month. All you need to bring is yourself, sewing machine, and sewing kit. We supply the fabric and the teachers to show you how to quilt as we quilt for the troops! Won't you come and join us for a great cause?
We are also continuing work on the Stitcher's Garden Quilt and the Teapot Applique Quilt. Come and make a couple squares for pillows or mini quilts. Make the whole quilt once you discover how fun and easy it is!
We also have started up the Rose Applique Quilt. This elegant quilt is a real show piece and will teach you many new skills like putting together a quilt as you go and how to embroider and applique with multiple hooping match ups. Register to join us today!
And in Highland the long awaited classroom is here and we are so excited to show it off! We have new projects planned like this quick and easy Spring jacket and hat---just over 2 yards of fabric and quick and easy to make in one or two classes.
We just got started on the Picnic Quilt. If you haven't seen this adorable quilt yet, stop by the store and take a look! It's covered with fun to applique picnic fare like watermelon and pie slices, corn on the cob, ice creams, hotdogs, ants, and sodas (still legal in Indiana!) This quilt is so much fun to stitch out---or make the shorter, table runner version for your summer picnics.
And isn't this gift bag cute? Repurposeable for other uses after that gift is unwrapped, this bag is an original addition to any gift. We're stitching them up in the new classroom.
Won't you join us for a class or two or more? For complete dates, times, and other information check our class schedules here. We aim to keep you in stitches!
